Responsible Gaming

Gambling Should Be Entertainment, Not a Source of Income

At internationalbetting.net, we believe that betting and casino gaming should always be a form of leisure — never a way to make money, pay bills, or recover from financial difficulties. The odds are always structured in favour of the operator, and no strategy, system, or "guaranteed tip" can change that over the long term. If you ever find yourself gambling to solve money problems or escape stress, it may be time to pause and reassess.

Please also note that gambling laws in India vary by state. Before registering with any betting site featured on internationalbetting.net in 2026, make sure you understand the rules that apply in your state of residence.

Age Verification — Adults Only

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in your state if it is higher, to use any online betting or casino site. Reputable operators verify the age and identity of all players, and accounts found to belong to minors are closed immediately, with winnings forfeited.

If you share a device with minors, we strongly recommend:

• Never saving betting account passwords on shared computers or phones
• Logging out of gambling accounts after every session
• Using parental control or content-filtering software to block gambling sites

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can develop gradually and affect anyone. Honestly answer the following questions — if several of them apply to you or someone you care about, it may be time to seek support:

• Do you chase losses by betting more to try to win back money?
• Do you hide your gambling activity from family or friends, or lie about how much you spend?
• Have you borrowed money, sold possessions, or used savings meant for essentials (rent, food, school fees) to gamble?
• Do you spend more time or money on gambling than you originally planned?
• Do you feel restless, anxious, or irritable when you try to cut down or stop?
• Do you gamble to escape problems, stress, or negative emotions?
• Has gambling caused conflict in your relationships, or affected your work or studies?
• Do you constantly think about gambling or your next bet?

Self-Help Tools Available at Licensed Betting Sites

Most reputable operators reviewed on internationalbetting.net offer responsible gambling tools in your account settings. We encourage every player to use them proactively:

• Deposit limits — cap how much money you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly.
• Loss limits — set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a set period.
• Session / time limits — restrict how long you can stay logged in and playing.
• Reality checks — on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and how much you have spent.
• Cooling-off periods — take a short break (24 hours to several weeks) from your account.
• Self-exclusion — block yourself from the site for a longer period (6 months or more), or permanently. Once activated, this cannot be reversed until the period ends.
• Activity statements — review your full transaction history to stay aware of your spending.

Practical steps you can also take yourself: treat gambling money as an entertainment expense, never gamble with borrowed funds, set a budget before you start, and never gamble when upset, stressed, or under the influence of alcohol.
